RAF Halton is doubly unique, in that not only is it the only RAF Station to have 2 colours, it is also the first and only station the have a colour presented by a reigning Monarch to an enlisted man.
On the occassion of the presentation of the second colour,(1997) the queen remembers her first presentation (1952) an occassion I fondly remember, being 'On Parade' with the 65th Entry.
