40th Anniversary service at the site of the Disaster in 1966 when a coal tip slid down the hilside and engulfed a school, with the loss of hundreds of lives.
From the survivors the YNYSOWEN choir was formed, who perform around the world, only for charity and 6 of the original survive today.
After the service a concert was held in the community hall at Aberfan in conjunction with the
RIVIERA CONCERT BRASS from Torquay, the DVD of which, available here, raised money to help the cause.
