We all gathered at 'The Jolly Sailor' at 1100am for a great time at skittles and an excellent meal to finish off with.

Eighteen people were in attendance which was split into two teams captained by our two chairmen, John and Ralph, who by coincidence gained the two highest individual scores.

We all showed great skill and tremendous inability but humour throughout was in abundance.

Our shrunken stomachs were appeased by an excellent variety of gastronomic delights and the conversation flowed like the drinks from the very attentive bar staff.

 In the end, with reluctance, we departed the premises with a dash through torrential rain to our awaiting mechanical steeds and a safe trip home.

Our sincere thanks to Maggie for superbly arranging this years event and to the owners and bar staff for laying on the facilities of skittles and food.
